Consultation Services
Because consulting services involve the reservation of time and professional expertise, completed consultations are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Service Issues
If a client believes a service was not delivered as agreed, they should contact us within 7 days of the service date so the matter can be reviewed.
Approved Refunds
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method.
